Letting you down is not an option. We would never want to disappoint a customer, which is why we have established the safest and highest standard production atmosphere.

Internal and external laboratory tests are done throughout the whole production process to guarantee safety. Quality control checks occur daily at "La Douceur", and products get tested not just by experts, but by focus groups too, to assure we are providing our customers with the highest quality products!

Creating value for consumers is always our main goal, which is why we have created many safety programs undertaken throughout production.

For example, our HACCP program (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points Program) recognizes risks and provides us with the solutions and procedures to prevent food safety problems.

In addition to our local program, we have brought in many international programs, covering all aspects of food safety and customer satisfaction, from production to people management and training, to equipment maintenance, to customer service, to chemical controls and many other aspects!

We promise to keep on brining in everything required to remain safe, no matter the cost, because our customers have always been, and will always be our priority, and their satisfaction means our satisfaction!

We are inspected annually by the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
