"La Douceur" extends over 2500m2. It is divided into four main departments:

Offices, Storage, Laboratory and Production.

The production department contains three different plants;

Ice cream production occurs in the first plant, which is divided into two lines; the Arabic ice cream line & the Italian ice cream line. The second plant is used for chocolate production, while the production of raw materials, used in sweets, takes place in the third plant.

Thanks to our fully automated manufacturing units and freezing technologies, we can guarantee a constant supply and a constant quality throughout the year.

HISTORY

Founded in 2004 by Mr. Gilbert Youssef Rizk El Maalouf, "La Douceur" soon found itself expanding and developing into the most renowned ice cream company in Zahleh-Lebanon, specialized in the production of limitless ice cream flavors (Arabic and Italian).

MISSION & VISION

Finding the purest and finest ingredients in the world, and crafting them into heavenly ice creams has never been an easy job, but it is what makes us happy.

Our consistency and hard work lead us to a success company. We are aiming and working to be the first factory in the Middle East to produce the raw materials needed for ice cream's and different sweets’ production, such as toppings, pastes, flavors, base and chocolate cream.
